Booking Process

1.) Submit booking request

Use the section above to submit a booking request. Note that the booking and confirmation process takes about 48 hours to complete.

2.) Sign Contract / Payment

We will contact you to confirm information provided on the request is accurate to issue the booking contract.

Booking contract will be sent via email for review, acceptance and signature.

Email with a payment link will be issued.

3.) Booking date reserved

Once the signed contract and payment are received, your requested inspection date will be reserved if it is still available. If the requested date is not available at the time payment is completed, we will contact you to provide an alternative date(s) for review and acceptance.

4.) Confirmation letter issued

We will issue a confirmation letter for the inspection confirming the date, time and location. The confirmation letter will also include instructions for the inspection day to ensure we can provide a complete inspection of the unit.
